Soil Gas Mitigation Compliance Inspection

Professional compliance inspection for active soil gas mitigation systems (radon mitigation) to ensure adherence to ANSI-AARST standards.

    Inspection Purpose

The purpose of this inspection report is to establish whether the installed radon or other soil-gas mitigation system complies with the ANSI-AARST Soil Gas Mitigation Standards for Existing Homes (SGM-SF).

The inspection report will document what is required to either confirm the mitigation system is compliant with the current SGM-SF or provide enough information for the client to understand what is required to make the property comply.

NOTE: The Soil Gas Mitigation Compliance Inspector is certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program, is completely independent, and is acting impartially at all times.
