    When is Construction Material Testing Needed?

    Construction material testing is performed only post-construction when a home is ready to be occupied or already occupied.

    This specialized testing is used as a last case scenario after standard radon air testing and standard mitigation techniques could not pinpoint the source or effectively treat elevated radon levels.

    Some construction materials, particularly those containing natural stone, concrete, or certain aggregates, can contain naturally occurring radioactive materials that emit radon. Our in-house laboratory processes and analyzes all material samples the same day they are collected for expedited results.
